    • Eligibility for Partial Refund: Refund eligibility is determined by the extent of work already completed, as assessed by our team. A detailed assessment will be made to calculate the appropriate amount to refund.
  3. Order Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
    In certain cases, such as technical failures or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., server outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), if we are unable to proceed with your order, a full refund will be issued immediately, regardless of the order’s status.
